Olio Salvo began in Bordighera on January 25th, 1897 and for over a century, we have operated with stubbornness in the presence of this arid and precious land, surrounded by monumental dry stone walls, continuously updating the way of producing and preserving our "liquid gold" extra virgin olive oil.

Peasant customs have given way to modern industrialisation, moving from the transport of olives piled up in bags for subsequent pressing, to aerated containers, where the olives, spread in thin layers, retain their fragrance.

Our signature product is our 100% Taggiasca Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We are excited to bring our infused Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil including Misto, Pepperoncini, Rosemary and Lemon.
